The frame shale shaker screen is a widely used petroleum shale shaker screen, primarily composed of a steel frame and 2 to 3 layers tightly bonded to the frame. The frame is welded from high-strength square steel tubes or flat steel with multiple reinforcing support ribs. The screen cloth can be combined with the frame via metal backing plates or directly bonded to the frame. Each screen comes with dedicated rubber plugs for repairing surface damage.
